All safeguarding complaints will immediately be referred to the authority that placed you.
You will be supported throughout the process and given every assistance and opportunity to have your views taken seriously. You will be encouraged to discuss your complaint with professionals outside of the organisation who can offer you extra support if necessary.
All complaints are confidential and we would not put you in a position where you feel uncomfortable and wish you had not complained.
All complaints regardless of the nature will be recorded and will be placed on your file.
The Complaints Procedure operates within the equal opportunities framework. Staff will deal with all complaints in a non-discriminatory way. The staff will ensure that practical assistance and support is offered to people whose first language is not English or who have communication difficulties when they make a complaint.
